Help your small child (recommended for 0 to 36 months) learn important pre-literacy skills with our fun-filled baby and toddler storytime. We focus on songs and motion to improve their fine motor skills, in addition to books that help babies learn and grow. A fun craft or coloring activity also accompanies this 30 minute storytime session.

Monday: Wiggles ‘N Giggles is in the Large Main Floor Conference Room at 10:00 a.m. Miss Roxy leads the children in song and dance.

Utah Food Bank’s Kids Cafe is offered in partnership with educational after-school sites at local elementary schools, Boys & Girls Clubs and community centers. Kids Cafe meals provide the kind of nutrition that grows healthy, resilient bodies and minds. It helps fill the nutrition gap that often exists during out-of-school hours for many children who rely on free or reduced-price meal programs during the school day. The objectives of the program are twofold: first, to ensure that the children most vulnerable to hunger receive an evening meal, and second, to provide balanced nutrition in each meal served. This program is offered to children under 18 years of age. Food must be consumed onsite.

Kids and teens are welcome to come get free snacks while they’re at the library!

Have you lost a loved one to suicide? If so, you are a survivor of suicide loss. A survivor may be a spouse or partner, child, family member, friend, co-worker, or anyone who is impacted by a suicide. Suicide loss survivors share a common bond.
