Teen Outreach Program (TOP) hosted by TriCounty Health

TOP is an after school program available to your child, 7th-12th grade, free of charge through TriCounty Health Department.
TOP is an evidence-based program that connects youth back to their community, builds leadership skills, and self-esteem, and participates in goal setting for high school graduation.
