In order to support social distancing and in the spirit of the requests made by Governor Herbert and the Tri-County Health Department, the Library will be cancelling all events from March 23rd through April 4th. Our mission is, through a strong central organization, to unify the tri-county area of Duchesne, Daggett and Uintah counties for economic and social development by representing local governments and utilizing combined resources to enhance the quality of life for the citizenry.
