Concerned community members are invited to a Civil Discourse Meeting to be help in the upstairs conference room at the Uintah County Library at 7 pm on Wednesday, November 2nd. The goal of the meeting is to find ways in which opinions on political issues, candidates, and office holders can be shared and discussed in a constructive manner. Hosted by local citizens Kurt Case and Steve Ward.
