Downstairs Meeting Room is the largest room available at the library. At approximately 50 feet by 39.5 feet, it provides about 1,975 square feet of space, and includes a baby grand piano.
Equipment
The Downstairs Meeting Room includes a mounted projector and screen system. You may also request laptops, microphones, HDMI cables etc. when making your room reservation.
Seating
There are 20 rectangular tables and 150 chairs available for use in the Meeting Room. When making your reservation note it is your responsibility to handle the set up and tear down of the furniture. You will need to return all tables and chairs to the storage area and pick up all trash before leaving.
