 er than $9.99 on the library card you provide.All forms that are emailed t
 o you must be filled out by the end of registration or your book bag may
  be canceled. Please make sure to check your spam inbox.You or a parent/gu
 ardian must be able to pick it up in person.If you do not pick up your bag
  after 2 weeks from the pick-up date your items will be put back and your 
 registration canceled. This registration will last for June, July, and Au
 gust.
