Program Description
Event Details
This registration is for Teen Book Bag Subscriptions for the Summer Season.
Teen Book Bags are for ages 13-18. Young Adult genre books will be selected.
Each bag will contain
- A Library Book
- Review Card
- Bookmark
- Small Prize
- And Some Goodies
When you’re done reading, just return the Library book, all other items in the bag are yours to keep!
If you love your bags so much just sign up again for the next registration session.
Rules:
- You must have a Uintah County Library card.
- You may not have fines greater than $9.99 on the library card you provide.
- All forms that are emailed to you must be filled out by the end of registration or your book bag may be canceled. Please make sure to check your spam inbox.
- You or a parent/guardian must be able to pick it up in person.
- If you do not pick up your bag after 2 weeks from the pick-up date your items will be put back and your registration canceled.
This registration will last for June, July, and August.
