Teen Book Box Spring 2021 Registration

Event Details

This registration is for Teen Book Box Subscriptions for the Spring 2021 season. 

Teen Book Boxes are for ages 12-17 and Young Adult genre books will be selected. 

Each box will contain

  • A Library Book
  • Review Card
  • Bookmark
  • Small Prize
  • And Some Treats

When you’re done reading, just return the Library book, all other items in your box are yours to keep! 

If you love you boxes so much just sign up again for the next registration session.

​Rules:

  • You must have a Uintah County Library card.

  • All forms that are emailed to you must be filled out by the end of registration or your book box may be canceled. Please make sure to check your spam inbox. 

  • If you do not pick-up your box after 2 weeks from the pick-up date your items will be put back and your registration canceled. 

This registration will last for March, April and May. 

 Reminder: If you fail to fill out the the questions in the form that's emailed to you by the final registration date, your book box will be canceled. If you cannot access the form, please e-mail jyoung@uintah.utah.gov or stop by the Library and see the Teen Advisor.
