The Icelandic Book Exchange, or Jolabokaflod, began during WWII as paper became one of the only unrationed commodities available. Because of this, people began exchanging books for Christmas and a new tradition came about.
All ages are welcome to join us at Uintah County Library for our very own Icelandic Book Exchange. Bring a book to donate and then pick your own!
